A favorite way to play with the wind.  A group of competitors each latch onto an 8 foot diameter parachute and run head-first into the wind.  An exhausting and exciting time!

The Traditional Rokkaku Challenge, in which Japanese-style kites battle each other for sole command of the sky.

Used in touch-line competition, these kites are flown under a strict set of rules with the goal of gaining points based on a referee's determination of where the competitors may touch their opponent's kite while keeping the kite in flight.
